I liked everything! I was entered with a friendly family welcome! I needed a room closer to the elevator and was quickly accommodated. I was greeted coming and going and had a peaceful and restful two nights. I will be back.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful throughout our visit. There were some renovations going on, but it did not interfere with our rest and relaxation. The upgrades that they made were wonderful.

The breakfast. Room303 had been renovated but had sever as l problems noted at front desk. Even showed them pictures and video of sink faucet noise.The new tile cracked, tub faucet handle fell off, etc.

When I first drove up, I was like...ugh, they are remodeling,everything is going to be a mess... but it wasn't!! Everything was super clean and the rooms are very nice! Loved the breakfast and very nice staff! Will stay again.I highly recommend.

If a hotel is completely under construction, I think that is something that should be disclosed before you book your room. We booked a suit a month in advance and had to switch rooms at 2am because our hot water and plumbing was not working. They also had no other suits available so the room we wanted and booked in advance was not available to us. The elevator buttons were loose and came completely out of the wall. The hotel was a mess, had power tools, nails everywhere, there was no security cameras, the parking lot barley had any parking spaces due to trucks and trailers full of old beds and trash. It was an absolute horrible experience. We almost left our anniversary trip early due to not being able to find another room anywhere else that last minute. We will no longer book through booking.com when getting a hotel room.
